These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and VAULTING TRADE LTD in relation to the TradersVault desktop application, mobile app, dashboard, website at tradersvault.app, and any related software, digital content, educational materials, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using tradersvault.app, buying a TradersVault product, creating an account, downloading, installing, launching, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

We provide digital education, software, tools, templates, dashboards, training materials, journals, and related resources for personal record-keeping and trading organisation. Nothing within the Service — including the application, website, bot features, signals, analytics, calculators, copy-trade tools, journal prompts, strategy suggestions, or any other feature — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional counsel.
VAULTING TRADE LTD is not a registered financial adviser, broker, dealer, portfolio manager, account manager, investment company, or regulated financial services provider under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or any other regulatory body in any jurisdiction worldwide. We are not authorised or regulated by the FCA and do not hold any financial services licence, authorisation, or registration. We do not provide personalised financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, order execution, trade copying, managed-account services, custody, or client-money services. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights whatsoever.

You retain ownership of all trading data, account information, notes, and other content you input into the Service ("User Content"). Vaulted Desk does not claim ownership of your User Content.
By using the Service, you grant Vaulted Desk a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your account and all associated data has been removed from our systems.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have all necessary permissions to submit it to the Service.
High-Risk Warning: Copy trading, automated bots, signal sharing, and all forms of trading involve a substantial risk of financial loss up to and including the total loss of your capital. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
The copy trading, Copier panel, bot, signal, and any automated features within the Service are software tools that facilitate connections to third-party APIs and automate user-defined actions. They are provided “as is” and “as available” and do not constitute:

Trading in financial markets carries a high level of risk. You acknowledge that:

The Service integrates with various third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to cTrader, Tradovate, DXTrade, Project X, Discord, Supabase, and others (collectively, "Third-Party Services").

When you provide API keys, webhook URLs, or credentials for Third-Party Services, you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of such credentials.
Prices are shown at checkout and include mandatory charges where they can be calculated in advance. Each product page describes the product, price, access method, and (where relevant) subscription terms, minimum term, and cancellation method. Pre-contract information about digital content may form part of your contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel access for failed, reversed, or suspected-fraudulent payments, or where a chargeback is opened.

Once immediate access begins, the sale is final and we do not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, non-use, lack of trading results, or user decisions after access has begun. This follows Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your non-excludable consumer rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if our digital content is:
you may be entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction of an appropriate amount (including up to the full price), or a refund where we did not have the right to supply it.
To request a statutory remedy, email support@tradersvault.app with your order number, account email, and a description of the issue, and we will respond in writing. Agreed refunds or price reductions are made within 14 days, without a refund fee, and using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
If a product is a subscription, the billing period, price, renewal terms, minimum term (if any), and cancellation method are shown at checkout. You can cancel future renewals from your account or by emailing support@tradersvault.app. Cancelling a future renewal does not refund access already supplied, except where required by law.

We use reasonable skill and care to make our products available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, improve, replace, or withdraw digital content where reasonably necessary, subject to your non-excludable rights.
Cryptoassets are high risk and largely unregulated. Their value can fall sharply and quickly. Many cryptoasset activities are not regulated by the FCA, and consumers should not expect Financial Services Compensation Scheme or Financial Ombudsman Service protection if something goes wrong. Do not buy cryptoassets unless you are prepared to lose all the money you put in.
Leveraged products (including CFDs, spread bets, options, futures, perpetual futures, and other margin products) can produce losses greater than your initial deposit and may be liquidated rapidly. They are complex and not suitable for everyone. Please read our Financial Risk Disclosures.

Vaulted Desk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

You may terminate your own account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees, except where required by applicable law.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaulted Desk expressly disclaims all warranties, including without limitation:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. For consumers, we do not limit liability for non-excludable statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer law.
For business customers, to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or revenue, loss of goodwill, trading or investment losses, and losses from third-party platforms or market movements. In any case, our aggregate liability to a business customer for all claims arising under or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to VAULTING TRADE LTD for the relevant product in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £50 GBP, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VAULTING TRADE LTD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
VAULTING TRADE LTD reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate fully with us.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
UK consumers keep mandatory rights to bring claims in the courts of their home part of the UK. Otherwise, any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in this section prevents VAULTING TRADE LTD from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means, such as email, in-account notice, or re-acceptance at login. When we make changes, we will:
